Sinclair Cares: Summer Hunger Relief, is a meaningful and impactful partnership between Sinclair and Feeding America, the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma’s parent company.
Summer Hunger relief is an important part of what we do here at the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. During the school year, many children count on the meals provided to them in school, but during summer break, families may need some extra help. That is why Sinclair is encouraging communities to join them in Sinclair Cares: Summer Hunger Relief from June 10 – July 12. By making a donation to this campaign, you will be able to provide meals to children facing hunger in your neighborhoods. Donations will be allocated to each food bank based on the donor’s zip code to ensure that donations stay local.
You can also watch a special Sinclair/Feeding America broadcast about their efforts with their network of food banks across the country to feed kids this summer on Sunday June 28 at 11pm. Thank you so much to Sinclair for helping us feed kids this summer!
