Through this coalition, business leaders stand up for their community by supporting the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma’s efforts to ensure children have consistent access to healthy food.

The Food for Kids program provides consistent access to nutritious food for children facing hunger across eastern Oklahoma.
Through programs like Backpacks, School Pantries, Kids Cafe, and Summer Meals, children receive meals and groceries where they already are: at school, after-school sites, and in their communities. Whether it’s a weekend backpack, a weeknight dinner, or summer meals when school is out, Food for Kids helps ensure children are nourished year-round.
Because when kids have the food they need, they can focus on what really matters: learning, growing, and just being kids.
More than 223,000 Oklahoma children don’t get the food they need.
About 25% of all Oklahoma children are food insecure
More than 60% of Oklahoma kids rely on free or reduced-price school meals.
The food Bank served nearly one million meals through Food for Kids programs in 2025.
