The Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma is excited to launch our new campaign, Pack Away Hunger, which benefits our Backpack for Kids Program. The Backpack for Kids Program is a resource that many children in Eastern Oklahoma rely on. Thousands of students rely on the meals they receive at school for their one reliable food source, but what about weekends and breaks? That is where you come in!
Pack Away Hunger is an opportunity for those who would like to participate to aid in getting resources to Children in need across our communities. All you have to do is visit okfoodbank.org/packaway to find the list of items that go in each kit, pack the kits on your own time, and deliver them at the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.
