Partner Agencies outside of a 35-mile radius of the Food Bank may utilize the Rural Delivery Service (RDS); this is a congregate drop site where Partner Agencies may receive their orders. Appointments are pre-scheduled in Agency Express based on the schedule in which the Food Bank truck goes to the RDS drop site. We currently offer the RDS at 25 locations.
