Request for Proposal for SFSP

The Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma is requesting proposals for CACFP and SFSP shelf-stable food products to be delivered from October 2026 to October 2027. Proposals will be received until 10 a.m. Central on Friday, Oct. 9, 2026. Contracts are subject to review by the Oklahoma State Department of Education, Child Nutrition Programs.

A preproposal meeting will be held virtually at 9 a.m. Central on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026. Vendors are required to attend. For an invitation, please email: calmeidasmith@okfoodbank.org
 
Proposals must use the OSDE RFP form and must be uploaded to this form. Proposals will be opened at 10 am on Friday, Oct 9, 2026.
