Register to volunteer as a group

Pay it forward together by volunteering as a group at the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.

Groups who volunteer with the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma work together every day to end hunger. We welcome all businesses, clubs, civic organizations, schools, teams, religious organizations, and anyone who wants to help our neighbors. Submit this form to make a reservation for your group of 6 to 35 volunteers. 

For groups of larger than 35, please provide at least 30-day notice.

Find answers to your questions about volunteering as a group at Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.
To request a shift for your group of 6 to 35 volunteers, please complete our group registration form. A volunteer coordinator will contact you within 2 to 3 business days to confirm your request and schedule your volunteer activity.
We welcome all types of group volunteers. Whether you’re part of a church, local business, high school or college, or any other organization, we firmly believe that group volunteering is an excellent opportunity to foster team bonding while making a meaningful impact on your community.

We allocate group volunteer shifts on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your preferred shift day and time, we recommend reaching out to us promptly as we often book out several weeks to months in advance. Complete our group registration form to reserve your spot.

Typical groups range from 6 to 35 volunteers. We encourage businesses, civic organizations, schools, and religious organizations to sign up as a group when bringing 6 or more people to volunteer. If your group exceeds 35 members, please contact us to discuss tailored accommodations with our team.

Once you secure your group volunteer shift, we will email you a link to share with your team to complete the individual sign-up process. We will also send you a registration reminder, as all group members must complete registration through our Volunteer Hub 7 days before your group volunteering shift.
