Partner Agencies outside of a 35-mile radius of the Food Bank may utilize the Rural Delivery Service (RDS); this is a congregate drop site where Partner Agencies may receive their orders. Appointments are pre-scheduled in Agency Express based on the schedule in which the Food Bank truck goes to the RDS drop site. We currently offer the RDS at 25 locations. To change your RDS location, please contact your Agency Services Representative.
