Request for Proposal for SFSP

The Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma is requesting proposals for SFSP food products to be delivered from May 23, 2025, to July 18, 2025. Proposals will be received until 10 am on Friday, May 2, 2025. Contracts are subject to review by the Oklahoma State Department of Education, Child Nutrition Program.

A preproposal meeting will be held virtually at 10 a.m. (Central) on April 10, 2025. Vendors are required to attend. For an invitation, please email: calmeidasmith@okfoodbank.org

Proposals must use the OSDE RFP form and can be returned to calmeidasmith@okfoodbank.org or uploaded to this form. Proposals will be opened at 10 am on Friday, May 2.
