Follow these steps to organize a successful drive for your community

  1. Register your food or fund drive by clicking one or both of the buttons on this page.
  2. For food drives:
    • Stop by our front desk during business hours to pick up food collection boxes or use your boxes.
    • Pick up posters to announce your drive by visiting our front desk during business hours, or print your food drive posters by clicking on one of the buttons below.
    • Place your collection boxes and posters in a common area, making it easy for people to donate.
    • Promote your event through social media, email, and printed flyers. Share your story and post photos.
    • After your drive, deliver the food you collected to the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma in Tulsa:
      • Monday – Thursday, 8 am – 4 pm
      • Friday, 8 am – noon
      • If you collect more than 500 pounds of food (5 full boxes), you may schedule a pickup.
  3. For fund drives:
    • If you select that you would like to collect donations online, we will email you a shareable link and a printable poster with a QR code that is unique to your drive. Allow 2 to 3 business days for the email to arrive.
    • Promote your event through social media, email, and printed flyers. Share your story and post photos.
    • Track your progress in meeting your goal and have fun! For every dollar donated, you are providing 4 meals for a neighbor in need.
