All food orders should be submitted using the AgencyExpress online ordering system. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week from a computer with internet access. Ordering is restricted to authorized agency shoppers that are listed with the Food Bank. To become listed, the Program Director at your agency must notify Phyllis Holmes, Director of Agency Services, via email at email@example.com. If you are replacing a previous authorized shopper, please let Phyllis know whom you are replacing.
Prior to placing an order, new shoppers must either attend an AgencyExpress class or must review the AgencyExpress User’s Guide and submit an AgencyExpress Training Acknowledgement form. Upon completion of training, authorized shoppers will receive a user’s name, password and program code that can be used to access the AgencyExpress site.
AgencyExpress classes are typically held on the third Thursday of each month at the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, 1304 N. Kenosha Ave., Tulsa, OK 74106 from 9:00 – 10:00 am. Registration is required. To register, contact Phyllis Holmes, Director of Agency Services, at 918-936-4546 or firstname.lastname@example.org or complete and submit the AgencyExpress Training Registration Form. Alternatively, first-time shoppers unable to attend one of the scheduled classes may download and review our AgencyExpress User’s Guide. After studying the guide, shoppers should complete and submit the AgencyExpress Training Acknowledgement Form.
